1. Nature of Service
The service is strictly for adult companionship and mutual time. All interactions are based on consent between two adults. Nothing on this website or in communication should be understood as an offer of any illegal activity. The service is limited to legal companionship only.
2. Eligibility
Only adults aged 18 years and above can book the service. By making a booking, you confirm that you are of legal age and are booking for yourself. Bookings made on behalf of another person are not accepted without clear confirmation.
3. Booking Process
All bookings must be made directly through the contact number or WhatsApp provided on this website. Please share accurate details such as preferred time, duration, and location. Incomplete or unclear information may delay confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, both parties are expected to follow the agreed timing.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly discussed and agreed before the meeting. Preferred payment method is cash at the time of meeting unless otherwise decided in advance. Rates are fixed once confirmed. There are no hidden charges. Any change in duration or location may affect the final amount, which will be informed in advance.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please inform as early as possible. Late cancellations may not be eligible for any adjustment. No refunds are provided for completed meetings. In case the meeting cannot take place due to unavoidable reasons from my side, an alternative time will be offered.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Complete privacy is maintained at all times. Your personal details, contact information, and meeting arrangements remain confidential. I do not share any client information with third parties. In return, clients are also expected to maintain discretion and not share private details related to the meeting.
7. Conduct During the Meeting
Mutual respect is required from both sides. Any form of disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the meeting without any compensation. The service is based on comfort and consent. Both parties have the right to end the meeting if they feel uncomfortable.
8. Location and Timing
Service is provided as per the agreed location and time. For outcall bookings, the exact address must be shared in advance. I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect location details or external factors such as traffic. Clients are requested to be ready at the agreed time.
9. Limitation of Liability
I take full care to provide a professional and respectful experience. However, I am not liable for any indirect loss or issues arising outside the scope of the agreed companionship service. All arrangements are made in good faith.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
